• Cowhide: A versatile option that offers a good balance of durability and softness.
• Buffalo Hide: A thick, heavy-duty leather that's highly durable and resistant to wear and tear.
• Sheepskin: Known for its warmth and softness, sheepskin is ideal for winter jackets. It provides excellent insulation and a luxurious feel.
• Goatskin: A strong, durable, and lightweight leather that's often used in Flight, Vintage and Classic jackets and other performance wear. It's resistant to water and wind, making it a practical choice for outdoor activities.
• Lambskin: Incredibly soft and supple, lambskin is often used in high-end fashion jackets. It's lightweight and drapes beautifully.
• Deerskin: A premium leather known for its strength, durability, and water resistance. It's often used in hunting and outdoor jackets.

4. Can I customize the design of my jacket? Yes, you can customize various aspects of your jacket, including:

• Linings: Choose from different types of linings, such as cotton, satin, wool, artificial fur, quilted cotton or Polyester, or shearling.
• Hardware: Select from a variety of zippers, snaps, and buckles.
• Pockets: Add or remove pockets as needed.
• Color: Choose from a range of leather and lining colors.
• Embroidery, Patches and Name Tag: Add personalized touches with custom embroidery or patches or name tag.

5. How long does it take to make a custom leather jacket? The production time for a custom leather jacket can vary depending on the complexity of the design and the workload in our Factory. Typically, it can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

6. How much does a custom leather jacket cost? The cost of a custom leather jacket depends on several factors, including the type of leather, the complexity of the design, and the specific customizations you choose. If you want to do the customizations in a standard listed jacket below are up-charge for adding the custom materials e.g.

• Minor sizing adjustments are free of charge. However, if you need to increase the length of the garment, additional fees may apply:

  • Increase of 1-2 inches: $30 extra
  • Increase of 2-4 inches: $50 extra
  • Increase of more than 4 inches: Please contact us for a custom quote.

To create a jacket with a completely custom pattern, a base price of $350 will apply. This fee covers the initial design and pattern-making process.

7. How can I add custom requirements to my order?

To add custom requirements to your order:

1. Purchase the Base Jacket: Buy the jacket that most closely matches your desired style and size.
2. Add Special Instructions: In the "Special Instructions" section during checkout, provide detailed information about your desired customizations, such as specific measurements, leather type, color, or design elements.
3. Pay the Upcharge: Add the additional cost for customizations to the "Tip" section during checkout.
4. Confirm via Email: After placing your order, send us an email with your order number in subject line and any additional details or clarification needed in the email.

Our team will carefully review your instructions and create a custom jacket tailored to your exact specifications.

8. Can I provide my own materials for my custom jacket?

Yes, you can. After confirming with us, you can ship your desired materials directly to our manufacturing facility. We'll incorporate them into your custom jacket.

Please note: It's important to communicate with us beforehand to ensure compatibility with our production processes and to discuss any potential additional costs or adjustments.

9. Which Shipping Options are available: Premium, High-Speed Shipping Services which we use:

• DHL Express: Known for its global reach and fast delivery times.   
• FedEx Express: Offers a wide range of express shipping options. 
• UPS: Offers a variety of shipping services, including ground, air, and international shipping.
• USPS: The United States Postal Service, offering a range of domestic and international shipping options.   
• My Hermes: A popular courier service in the Europe, offering domestic shipping from Germany.

10. How long does shipping take?

Most standard orders are shipped within 1-4 business days via DHL Express. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically take 3-7 business days.

 

11. Where are your jackets shipped from?

We ship our jackets from multiple locations to ensure efficient delivery:

• Germany Warehouse: For orders within Europe, if the jacket size is available in Germany we ship from our German warehouse.
• USA Warehouse: For orders within the United States, if the jacket size available we ship directly from our US warehouse.
• Pakistan Manufacturing Factory: All custom orders and all sizes which  are not available in Germany or USA warehouse are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Pakistan.

 12. Can I return or exchange my jacket?

Yes, you can return or exchange your jacket if you’re not satisfied with the fit.

• For European customers: Please return your jacket to our Germany warehouse.
• For US customers: Please return your jacket to our USA warehouse.

We recommend exchanging the jacket for a different size. However, if you prefer a refund, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.

13. Can I return a custom made jacket?

Due to the personalized nature of custom jackets, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been specifically tailored to your measurements, design preferences, or material choices.

We recommend careful consideration of your measurements and customization options before placing your order.

14. How do I care for my custom leather jacket? To maintain the quality and longevity of your leather jacket, follow these care tips:

• Regular Cleaning: Use a soft cloth to wipe away dirt and grime.
